This site allows you to submit a proposal(s) seeking support for Medical Educational Grants and Commercial Requests.

Note, all requests must be submitted at least ninety days prior to the date you require a decision.

When submitting a request, you will be guided through the electronic submission process through instructions and help options. Please make sure that you complete each required field designated by an asterisk (*) . Should we need additional information, we will notify you via an email sent to the address you provided upon registration.

We will review all requests. Please note that submission of a request does not indicate that we have agreed to provide support. Support decisions are made only after the Review Committee has reviewed your complete request. You will be notified of the decision via an email sent to the address you provided upon registration.

This site is intended to be used for submitting requests for support of:      

Educational Requests: Support for clinical, technical, and scientific education programs or activities focused on the therapeutic area and disease states addressed by our products, including grants to funding for educational conferences, seminars, meetings, other live events, and presentations in other formats such as Internet-based presentations and publications.    

Sponsorships Requests: Support for healthcare-related events or programs (e.g. Exhibits at workshops, scientific/technological platforms), whereby funding is payable to healthcare organizations or their foundations, in which we may receive benefit, such as corporate or brand recognition or goods (e.g., banners, marketing space, etc.), in exchange for funding, and/or that offer the possibility to associate our brand and promote our technologies via the platform.  

Charitable Donation Requests: Charitable Donations are tax-deductible contributions in money to support 501(c) 3 non-profit organizations. The current areas of focus of Coherus are to promote health-related programs of 501(c) 3 organizations, certain charitable events in support of community health and health education, wellness, scholarships or supporting the education of students to support programmatic activities and scholarships of 501(c) 3 organizations, including hospital foundations.
